Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how refunds work at Cricket & Vine.
*Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items* — If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at douglasrkennedy@gmail.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost, and you won't need to pay for return shipping.
*Change of Mind Returns* — You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund your original payment method. Custom or made-to-order items aren't eligible.
*Order Cancellations* — Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if they haven't yet entered processing.
*Refund Timing* — Approved refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
