Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and most orders arrive within 7–20 business days depending on location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your package shows no movement or hasn't arrived within 45 days of the ship date (US orders), contact us at douglasrkennedy@gmail.com and we'll investigate. International orders may take longer due to customs processing, and any customs or import fees are the customer's responsibility.
